GOAL:
Your body needs protein and fat to balance your blood sugar and stress hormones first thing in the morning.

๐Ÿฆƒ Turkey sausage + kale & mushrooms
๐Ÿฅš 3-4 eggs + tomatoes, peppers + avocado
๐Ÿฎ Ground beef + peppers + zucchini + onions

The worst breakfast would be highly refined carbs and little to no protein
๐Ÿ™… Quick oats + fruit
๐Ÿ™… Toast + 1 egg
๐Ÿ™… Cereals
๐Ÿ™… Granola + coffee

These will set you up for a blood sugar crash that will lead to fatigue and sugar cravings later in the day.
