Group coaching is a much more affordable way to reach health results. My groups are limited to 8 women per season. In order to create an environment of comfort, respect and privacy (as well as fun), all potential clients are vetted to make sure they're a fit to ensure the best experience for YOU! I’m a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and former Faculty member of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Vancouver. For over 10 years, I’ve been helping high-achieving, corporate and self-employed women, accountants and moms on mat leave dealing with high stress and chronic exhaustion who want to get to the bottom of their tiredness, insomnia, bloating, brain fog and weight complaints, once and for all!

Like you, I am also a high-achieving woman who wanted to advance in my career, be financially independent and travel but I burnt out near 30, in a quarter-life crisis! I was stressed, depressed and exhausted. I struggled for years to get out of bed and was constantly tired no matter how much I slept. I was constantly in a fog so would drink tons of lattés to concentrate and relied on wine to unwind. I forgot words and struggled to focus at work. After spending years going nowhere through the medical system because all my thyroid and hemoglobin numbers were ‘normal’, I ended up putting myself through holistic nutrition school and realized I had extreme adrenal dysfunction, multiple food sensitivities and was eating the worst diet for my genetics.

Today, I’m proud to say, I healed myself 100% holistically and naturally and have more energy in my 40s than I did in my 20s. My transformation was so dramatic, that I decided to dedicate my practice to other women going through similar struggles.
